Shipping

Domestic (USA, Canada and Mexico)

Many of our products are perishable and how quickly we are able to ship your order depends when you place your order.

Free shipping is sent via UPS ground.  We do have expedited shipping options at additional cost if you choose to use a quicker service but guarantee all ground shipping products.

 

Large orders can also be shipped via air cargo. Please contact us to find out about availability in your area.

International

International orders Ship via UPS, DHL, or CIF to the nearest airport

Refund Policy

If you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will immediately send you the correct product at no charge.

If you ordered our Doc’s Eco Super Eggs or Doc’s Eco Egg Brew products and need to return them please contact us for our return procedure.  We do not cover return shipping costs and there will be a 5 percent restocking fee.  Once we receive the product and verify that it is still in the original shipping condition we will credit your account.

Unfortunately our perishable live foods are not returnable.  However, if you have a problem with your order please be sure to take photos to show us what you’re issue is with the product and contact us so we can come up with a solution.
